I first met Shayne while participating in JCK Tucson 2020. Her outgoing nature, professional persona and skilled history was exactly what I had been looking for in someone to makeover my jewelry website. This serendipitous meeting led to me hiring her to completely redo my website and takeover my social media. Her familiarity with the jewelry industry and years doing all the social media for the Gemological Institute of America was evident early on as we began to revision my web presence.
The importance / necessity of having a well crafted, user friendly and updated web presence (website and social media) is, in my opinion, a non-negotiable if you want to have a viable and successful business. I knew that I lacked the interest or the skills required to do this myself.
Shayne has been an absolute pleasure to work with and her expertise with the ins and outs of shopping websites, Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics and media strategy has been apparent from day one. Of equal or greater importance, she is timely, meets deadlines and follows up promptly. She runs her business like a true professional and understands the value of your time and hers. She and I have regular zoom and phone calls regularly and prior to each month, she provides her entire plan for the upcoming month. It’s been a huge weight off my shoulders to not have to think about this critical part of my business.
I have also received countless compliments about my new website and social media postings, confirming that Shayne has truly captured the aesthetic and essence of my jewelry business. This was a significant consideration when looking for someone to completely revamp my web presence. As a one of a kind jewelry artisan, I’ve been exacting with every business decision. It is even more critical that everything I do truly embodies the vision of my work and translates that to the public. Even the proper selection of a font or a color makes a difference.
